Call for experts
The British Council wishes to expand the pool of local experts to support the assessment of grant applications to the programme and the monitoring and evaluation of cooperation projects funded by the programme. Grant calls for cooperation projects will be held twice a year, while cooperation projects may go on throughout the year.

The timeline of calls for 2018 is available here.

Assessors / monitors should have:

  • A university degree or equivalent qualification;
  • At least five years' demonstrable professional experience in the cultural or creative industries;
  • Good knowledge of Project Cycle Management and Logical Framework approaches;
  • Fluency in spoken and written Ukrainian, English and Russian;
